1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and JDResume.ai, governing your access to and use of our AI-powered career platform and all services offered at jdresume.ai. By signing in to JDResume.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users - Standard (free) members, Pro subscribers, RecruiterPro subscribers, and FTM users onboarded through an administrator.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
JDResume.ai is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. By using our platform, you confirm you meet this requirement. Sign-in is available exclusively through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your JDResume.ai profile. Please notify us at contact@delquad.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access. FTM users are onboarded by a designated administrator and are subject to these Terms in addition to any agreement between the administrator and JDResume.ai.
3. Plans, Subscriptions, and Payments
3.1 Available Plans
JDResume.ai offers the following plans: Standard (Free): Available to all users on sign-up. Includes access to core features with limited monthly usage. No payment required. Pro: A monthly subscription offering expanded AI-powered tools including resume scanning, rewriting, cover letter generation, interview preparation, and Job Packet Builder. Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout. RecruiterPro: A monthly subscription for recruiters and teams requiring the highest usage limits across all features. FTM: A managed plan assigned through a JDResume.ai administrator, offering a curated job search and tracking experience. Not available for direct purchase.
3.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal
Pro and RecruiterPro subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise JDResume.ai to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the subscription management portal.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option within your account. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
3.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of JDResume.ai after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised pricing.
3.5 Payments
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a globally trusted and PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. JDResume.ai does not store or have access to your card number or banking details. Your payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy and security standards.
4. Acceptable Use
JDResume.ai is built to empower genuine career growth. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, ethical purposes. The following are not permitted:
- Submitting fabricated, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading resume content to deceive employers or recruiters
- Attempting to scrape, extract, or systematically harvest data from our platform through automated tools
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing multiple individuals to use a single account
- Uploading content that violates third-party intellectual property rights, contains harmful code, or is otherwise unlawful
- Attempting to bypass or circumvent subscription limits, feature gates, or access controls
- Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organisation
- Interfering with the stability, security, or availability of our platform or infrastructure
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
JDResume.ai uses advanced AI to generate resume insights, rewrites, cover letters, and career guidance. By using these features, you acknowledge the following:
- AI-generated content is a powerful starting point — not a finished, guaranteed product. Always review outputs before submitting them to any employer or recruiter
- Match scores and skill gap reports are algorithmic estimates intended as guidance, not definitive assessments of your suitability for a role
- JDResume.ai does not guarantee that using our platform will result in interviews, job offers, or any specific career outcome
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you submit to employers
- Submitting misleading AI-generated content to employers is your responsibility alone and may have professional or legal consequences

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Platform
All elements of JDResume.ai — including but not limited to the platform design, branding, algorithms, and feature set — are owned by or licensed to JDResume.ai and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.
6.2 Your Content
You retain full ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and documents you upload to JDResume.ai. By providing this content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process it for the purpose of delivering our services to you. We make no claim to ownership of your personal content.
6.3 AI Outputs
AI-generated content produced through our platform — including rewritten resumes, cover letters, and career summaries is provided for your personal and professional use. We encourage you to treat these outputs as a foundation to build upon rather than a final product.
7. Privacy
Your use of JDResume.ai is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We encourage you to read it, it explains clearly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We do not sell your data, period.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour, or otherwise put the integrity of our platform or its users at risk. In cases of serious or repeated violations, termination may occur without prior notice and without refund. You may also close your own account at any time by contacting us at contact@delquad.com. Upon closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JDResume.ai shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access our platform
- Career outcomes, employment decisions, or actions taken by employers based on content produced through our tools
- Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss beyond our reasonable control
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of JDResume.ai shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Users accessing JDResume.ai from outside India agree to comply with their applicable local laws in addition to these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. For significant updates, we may also notify you by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of JDResume.ai after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
